I made cheesecake brownies today because sometimes I like to torture myself. I even have blisters on my hands from beating the cream cheese and other ingredients with a wire whisk instead of an electric mixer. I didn't lick the spatula or even try a tiny piece so I have no idea how they taste. Talk about self control! I love brownies and I love cheesecake so putting one on top of another and not eating it is just crazy. It's cooling in my refrigerator until tomorrow morning then I get to melt down some chocolate, drizzle it on top, and feed them to all of my friends while I silently weep. Hahah!
Other than that, I've just been doing little things all day to keep me busy. Nothing newsworthy :)
I'm gonna go drink my special tea and jump into bed. I can't wait until Thursday so I can drink orange juice! Can you believe it?! I'm excited about orange juice, that's so wrong! Haha! Goodnite <3
