His first owner used to fight him with other dogs. One day he jumped the fence to get away from that mean man and was hit by a car when he bolted into the street. My friend found him in the street and took him into her home. She couldn't keep him forever though - her house is tiny and she already has one big dog and a ten year old girl to feed. After I saw his picture and heard he needed a home I took Picnic with me to meet him and we fell in love. Two days later his last name became Picnic. And that's Petey's story. My apartment is still a demolition site so he's temporarily bunking with Picnic's intern.
In other news, the new Tool album and the new Placebo album are excellent. I got around to buying them the other day.
In other other news, I had a craptastic amount of errands to run this week and shoved them all into Tues - Fri so now after work tomorrow and all day Sunday is devoted to working on apneatic.com. Look for shiny new photos and some little improvements in the next few days.

Today I fell in love with a pit bull named Petey. His tail wags so hard that it knocks stuff over and he has the cutest smile. He looks like a cow and has a black circle around one eye. I think he would make a good jogging partner. I'll keep you posted on the details but odds are we'll be roomates soon.
Thanks to everyone who has been supportive towards Picnic's equipment disaster - he's still got a long way to go but every little bit helps. Tonight we're shooting a set for the site with a 20d loaner camera from our friends David & Annie. We might be hobblin' but we're still on the path to naked town. HAZAH!

Here's the full story on the Picnic tragedy in Bush Intercontinental airport. I know karma will take care of whoever did this - I just wish we could be there to see it happen. Is that cold? Bah.

Cherry season came a little early! I bought a bag of rainer cherries at the market and I was way too excited about it.
I've decided to start doing video journal entries for members instead of writing them out like this. Now I just have to figure out how to set that up. Then it's a party all around! Goodnite, talk to ya tomorrow!
