I just want to say I'm really digging your hair recently, it suits you quite well. I don't know much hair terminology, but the mix of brunette with blondish highlights is really nice, however I think the best thing is the cut itself and the bangs. You look very good with bangs and the look would probably be fitting no matter what color your hair is :)
